Lost or Stolen Mobile AppCard
- During regular business hours, contact the AppCard Office at 828-262-6141 to notify us to deactivate the Mobile AppCard. Be sure to specify whether the physical card, watch, and/or phone version of the card should be deactivated. Any device not specified to be suspended will remain active.
- After hours and on weekends, log into your AppCard Services Online to deactivate your AppCard online.
- To reactivate a found device that was suspended, log into your AppCard services online to activate your Mobile AppCard.
