Lost or Stolen Mobile AppCard

  • During regular business hours, contact the AppCard Office at 828-262-6141 to notify us to deactivate the Mobile AppCard. Be sure to specify whether the physical card, watch, and/or phone version of the card should be deactivated. Any device not specified to be suspended will remain active.
  • After hours and on weekends, log into your AppCard Services Online to deactivate your AppCard online.
  • To reactivate a found device that was suspended, log into your AppCard services online to activate your Mobile AppCard.

Activating your Mobile AppCard on a new Device

  • If you still have your old device, go directly to your Wallet and remove the Mobile AppCard. 
  • If you do not have your old device, email (appcardoffice@appstate.edu) the AppCard Office appcard to deactivate (retire) your Mobile AppCard. Be sure to specify whether the watch, and/or phone version of the card should be deactivated. Any device not specified to be suspended will remain active.
